Project Modules
Overview
A module in Zymmr is a logical grouping of related work items or functionalities within a project. Modules help teams:
- Organize work into manageable sections
- Track specific project components efficiently
- Focus on distinct areas of functionality
- Manage related work items together
Creating Modules
To create a new module in your project:
Step 1: Access Project Settings
- Navigate to your project listing page
- Select your target project
- Click on "" icon at the end of the project's row
Step 2: Navigate to Modules
- Find the Modules section in the sidebar
- Click to expand the section
Step 3: Create Module
Click the Create Module button in the top right corner and fill in:

Module Lead | The user responsible for managing the module | No |
Click Save to create your module.
Managing Existing Modules
Viewing Modules
All modules for your project are listed in the Modules section, showing:
- Module title
- Description
- Module lead
- Work Item Count
- Actions (Edit, Delete)
Module Actions
Each module has two main actions available:
- Edit: Modify module details
- Delete: Remove the module
Important Note
Modules that are linked to work items cannot be edited or deleted. You must first remove all work item associations before modifying or removing the module.
Current Limitations
Please note that modules currently have the following limitation:
- Module visualization is not available in the Gantt chart view
